Reservation required. You can communicate in French, or Japanese. It is hard to get connected on a call during their business hours. I highly recommend to make a phone call between 10AM and 12PM. There are only one course and drinks on the menu. Non-alcoholic drinks are only still water and sparkling water.

When I’m in Paris, I never fail to dine here. A superb magic of creating dishes of fish. You can tell the chef really loves making good food. A pure passion. I can’t wait to come back here again!
